We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, return it in the original packaging, in unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. You must contact us using our Contact Us Form to make arraignments for any returns. Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise without contacting us first, or you will void any and all return rights. We will provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where to return the merchandise.
Returns after the 14 day grace period will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined based on the total of your order when going to the continental United States. International orders outside the US may have a minimum order requirement and higher shipping charges. Shipping rates for orders outside the continental US (lower 48 states) will be recomputed after your order is placed and we will notify you if the actual shipping charges are higher. It is also your responsibility to know the import restrictions for your country. We will not be held liable for items seized by customs. We will not tag your international package as a Gift.
We will ship your order by the most cost effective method, at our discretion, unless prior arrangements are made. Our standard shipping rates chart below is for UPS ground, FedEx Ground or US Postal Service 1st Class Mail:

If you prefer to have your order shipped by 2-3 day or overnight service, or if your order is going outside the continental US, charges will be substantially higher. We will recompute charges in those cases after the order is ready for shipment and let you know what the actual charge will be.
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 days of being received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the order is packed, your customers will usually receive their package within 3-10 days if they are in the US or Canada, depending on where they are located in relationship to our warehouse facilities. We usually tell our customers to expect their order within two weeks, just to give a little leeway and cut down on impatient customer inquiries.
Orders shipped by UPS or FedEx are trackable while they are in transit.
While we are careful to package your order securely with lots of padding for safe shipment, accidents do sometimes happen on rare occasions. If your purchase arrives in damaged condition, DO NOT automatically return it without contacting us first and Save the original packing material and original shipping box until we send you instructions on how to proceed. We insure most shipments, and our insurance carrier requires us to show them the packing material we shipped the item in to get a reimbursement. In some instances, you can just email us a picture of the damaged item rather than returning it and incurring shipping charges, depending on what the item is. We will gladly give you a replacement or refund for any damaged items.
Out of Stock items will not be backordered. In the event an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you to give you a choice of an alternate product substitution if we have something similar, or will issue a refund for that portion of your order, whichever you prefer. You can sign up for product notifications for any product you are interested in. We will then notify you if the item comes back in stock at a later date or goes on sale. |
